Why are the ingredients in red meat so bad for you?

Red meat contains high levels of collagen, the structural protein that holds bones together.

But it also contains many other nutrients that can’t be absorbed in the body.

These include vitamin C, vitamin B6, calcium, iron and zinc.

While the high levels have been linked to heart disease, it’s also linked to bone loss, osteoporosis and cancer.
